CollectibleTrust DAO LLC​

CollectibleTrust DAO LLC is a Non-Profit organization formed and established in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It serves as the ultimate community for promoting the digital collectible space.

Mission Statement​

The specific purpose of the CollectibleTrust DAO is to:

Promote and foster a community dedicated to promoting digital collectible artifacts and relics. The CollectibleTrust DAO achieves this by offering support, advancing, promoting, building, refurbishing, engaging, researching, and educating about digital assets. Its primary objective is to expand all facets of the online digital collectible community.

The DAO oversees the management of the CollectibleTrust DAO Governance Program (CDGP).

CollectibleTrust DAO LLC is a non-profit limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI).

Legal Formation
  • Entity Type: Non-Profit Limited Liability Company
  • Governing Acts: Marshall Islands LLC Act (1996), Non-Profit Entities Act (2021), Business Corporations Act, and the Decentralized Autonomous Organization Act (2022).
  • Tentative Formation: October 01, 2025.
  • Final Certification: November 13, 2025.

Non-Profit Limitations​

In accordance with the Non-Profit Act, the organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, or social "good works."

  • No Profit Distribution: No part of the net earnings inures to the benefit of any person or individual.
  • No Political Intervention: It does not participate in statements on behalf of or in opposition to candidates for public office.
  • Trade Restrictions: The Company shall never be operated for the primary purpose of carrying on a trade or business for-profit.
